Nigeria counted 100 days of covid19 on 6th June, since the index case arrived Nigeria through an Italian visitor. Since then, new and increasing numbers of infections continue to be recorded daily.
The country’s covid19 cases have reached 12,233 as at the 6th of May, 2020 with an additional 389 cases across 23 states of the country.
Nigeria has within 100 days lost 342 patients to the deadly scourge even as scary new cases continue to emerge.
