As at 10th April 2020, 9:30pm, Nigeria has a total of 305 cases of covid-19. By the same date, The country reported 17 new cases with 7 newly discharged in Lagos.

In order continue the combat against the novel disease, the NCDC posted short video to demonstrate the primary mode of infection.
According to NCDC, the disease is “spread primarily through droplets when people cough or sneeze.
These droplets can also land on surfaces.

10th April Lagos State update:
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu-Olu announced yesterday on his Twitter page that 7 more patients have been discharged after testing negative twice.
According to him, “this brings to 46, the number of patients successfully managed and discharged from our Yaba facility.
“So far, we have 100% recovery from the covid-19 we have admitted and managed at our isolation facilities.
“While we celebrate our successes, let us note that #SocialDistancing is important & non negotiable in the war against #COVID19.
“Stay at home, observe good personal hygiene and adhere strictly to advice from our health experts.
“Together, a #COVID19 free Lagos is possible.”
