A 17-year-old boy, Aliyu Ibrahim has been convicted by a court in Sokoto.
The Federal High Court 4, in Sokoto State sentenced Aliyu Ibrahim to one year imprisonment for sodomozing 4 minors.
The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) in a statement on Wednesday, January 25, said Ibrahim was charged on a 6-count charge for the r*pe (sodomy) of four male victims and sentenced to one year imprisonment without the option of fine.
He was arraigned on January 23, 2023 and convicted the same day by Justice Isah Muhammad Bargaja.
