Lagos State #COVID19 news, 26th May, 2020
A Lagos resident has lamented how a family member died at the Isolo General Hospital because health professionals were scared to touch him for fear of #COVID19.
According to Amaka @Covenenat, the young man was playing football and suddenly slumped. When his friends checked they found him unresponsive so they rushed him to nearby Isolo general hospital.
Sadly, the nurses ad doctors would not touch him saying he may be carrying covid19. This was in spite of wailings and pleading by his friends and family.
His sister then staged a protest to the doctors until one of them came out to attend to the sick boy. On checking him, the doctor confirmed him dead already.
