Covid19 Report as at 8th June, 2020 shows an increase of 315 confirmed cases of the disease across 14 states.
This brings the total cases since the index infection was reported to 12,801.

National incident report as at 8th June:
The National Association of Resident doctors have threatened to commence a nationwide industrial action with effect from Monday, June 15th. The action is to press home their demand for improved wages and better conditions of service.
Doctors attending to covid19 patients are expected to join the strike as it will be total. The resolution was made public by the association’s president, Aliyu Sokomba in a letter with reference number 2020/070620/246.
World report as at 8th June, 2020:
New Zealand has lifted restrictions directed by the government in the wake of the covid19 pandemic.
Declaring the country coronavirus free, the government says there is currently no new case of the disease in the last 17 days. For this reason, all restrictions are being eased.
However, the boarders remain closed to visitors until further notice.
