“Reduce your sex rounds” is the directive issued by a high-ranking Ghanaian police officer ahead of the forthcoming general elections.
Greater Accra Regional Commander of the Ghana Police Service, DCOP Afful Boakye-Yiadom said that reducing the sex rounds will ensure the officers stay fit for the elections.
The elections are billed to hold on the 7th of December, 2020. Boakye-Yiadom gave the directive while addressing junior colleagues in the command’s office during the week.
According to him, “control yourself, we all need the energy to work during the election. I want to advise that you eat well and reduce your sex rounds so you would have energy to work well during and after 2020 election.
The Commander added that “we all need energy to work during the elections, I therefore advice all of you to eat well, reduce your sexual rounds for you to have energy to work well before, during and after the 2020 elections.”
Boakye Yiadom also advised the officers to remain non-partisan, not align with any political party or candidate and stay totally professional in the discharge of their duties.
He added that, “You all know the consequence of major offence so always be guided by that section.”
