Youths have begun to mobilise to resume the #EndSARS protesters by 7:00am, the weekend of 13th February, 2021.
This follows the decision of the Judicial Panel of enquiry (set up to probe police brutality) to return the Lekki Toll Gate to the managers, LCC who will in turn reopen it for business.
The youths insist that as long the panel sitting is still ongoing, and the deaths from the #EndSARS protests have not been accounted for, it was premature to reopen the tolling at the gate.
A number of youths who participated in the #EndSARS protests were reported to have been shot at and killed or gravely injured by soldiers.
The soldiers were deployed by yet to be identified persons to fire guns at the youths on the 20th of October, 2020.
#Ocuppylekkitollgate is currently trending highest on Twitter as many more youths join the call for a total sit-out at the gate.
Equally trending high is #Revolutionnow.
Many banners have been posted on the bird app platform calling every youth out from 7:00am on Saturday.

Four out of 9 members of the Judicial panel of enquiry protested the ruling by the the Chairman of the panel, Doris Okuwobi and four others that the gate be returned to the Lekki Concession Company (LCC).
The four members who rejected the forensic report that led to the accent to return the gate to LCC include: Representatives of the civil society, Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa and Patience Udoh; two youth representatives, Rinu Oduala and Temitope Majekodunmi.
Rinu made her position as well as her colleagues that opposed the motion clear in the public domain. According to her,
Rinu, a 23-year-old 300 level Chemistry student of the Lagos State University, has cried out on threats to her life and got caution by journalist, Kemi Olunloyo to watch her back.
