Wicked Nurse Pricks Eyes of Newborn Baby with Injection Needle

A wicked nurse identified as Folashade Adesina has been arrested for pricking the eyes of a newborn baby few minutes after she was born.

Reports say the nurse claims she was avenging a carryover she had in school.

Reports say the staff of Usman Dan Fodio University Hospital Sokoto had requested the mother of the baby, Asma’u Ahmad Tijani to ask some questions about her child’s condition.

Asma’u who is a non-academic staff of the National Open University Study Centre (NOUN), Sokoto Study Centre, said “Immediately after my delivery, my nurse told me Folashade complained that I gave her a carryover.”

“I was shocked to here that because I am not a teaching staff of the university and have no business with students’ scripts. So how could I give her a carryover ?

“When my husband came, Folashade came and collected my baby saying she was taking it to him. After some minutes, she brought the baby back and I noticed some blood coming out from her eyes, so I started crying and shouting.

“The baby was taken to the eye section of the hospital for examination, where it was confirmed that both her eyes were pricked, but the object did not penetrate the two lenses.”

Folashade has been arrested and is currently being interrogated by the police
