President Muhammadu Buhari has arrived Owerri, the Imo State capital on a working visit.
He was received by government officials while only a few Imo indigenes lined the route to the airport bearing flags to welcome him.
The Biafra Nations League had warned every resident of the state to stay at home and not come out to welcome the number 1 citizen.
They added that he would be be embarrassed if he visits and advised him to say away from the South Eastern Nigeria completely .

Governor Hope Uzodinma also confirmed that t was safe or him to visit as he would be commissioning some projects by his administration.
