The Chairman of Cubana Group, Obinna Iyiegbu also known as Obi Cubana has reacted to his arrest and detention by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC).
The business mogul was arrested by operatives of the anti-graft agency on accusations of money laundering, tax fraud and abuse of the Naira notes.
he was released on Tuesday and being interrogated by the security operatives.
Sharing the news of his release, Lucky Luciano, Executive Director of Cubana Group and a close friend of Obi Cubana posted the update on his instagram page.
According to him, Obi Cubana is the “son of man” whom Jesus has set free.
Luciano who identifies himself as cubana_prime_minister, “Victory At Last. @obi_cubana Who the son of man set free is Free indeed #MANOFTHEYEAR #okpataozueora1“
Confirming his release, Cubana posted a joyous picture of himself with the caption, #okpataozueora1“ (he whose wealth goes round everyone).
He then adds that he remains “unbroken “and sends his love to all his fans.
