A video has gone viral of a bride who completely refused to kiss her groom after they exchanged their marriage vows.

The groom made concerted efforts to place his lips on his new wife but she could be seen standing stiff and moving her face away from him to his utter embarrassment.

It appears the bride is not happy with the union or she could simply be too timid to consent to such an intimate act in public.

Having tried all he could, the groom gave up and gave himself a consolatory smile.
