A Nollywood actor, Uba Michael popularly known as Ogbolor has taken to social media to tackle Queen Naomi over her failed marriage with the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi II.
The queen had earlier in the day announced that she was done with union as she had tried her best for the 3 years it lasted to make it work.
According to queen_silekunolanaomi_ogunwusi “I did my best to endure and make it work; many times, I smiled through the struggle, but I have finally realised I had just one assignment, my son, and when God is done“
She gave a hint on what may have caused the marriage to crash. In her words, “His Majesty has a picture he would love the world to see and perceive him as and another one which is his true self.”
The mother of one said she would “no longer be referred to as wife to the Ooni of Ife or as Queen of Ile-Ife but as the Queen of the people and mother of my adorable Prince.”
In a post shared on his Instagram story, Ogbolor cautioned people to be careful what they say in the heat of passion as such words would often return to haunt them.
The actor added that when people claim their marriage was ordained in in heaven then turn around to divorce their spouses afterwards, they tend to paint God as unserious.
According to him, “Be careful the things you say in high spirit, those words may come back to hunt you. Which one is ‘my marriage was ordained by God, Then next thing, you divorce later. Did God change his mind ? Or from the start, you simply used God’s name to make it look Good.”
