Popular Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh has gone above and beyond to gift her son, Andre with a most unusual birthday surprise.

The philanthropist and mother of one uploaded the picture of a deed to a Scottish land bought in her son’s name on her Instagram page.

Ownership of the land has also automatically made Andre a ‘Lord.’

FOR THIS YEAR I GO MY BABY @kingandre_dikeh a piece of SCOTTLAND’s REAL ESTATE and his Deeds came with a TITLE AS ‘LORD’ and a Tree planted in his honor and Name.
