An Oyibo Man has declared his ambition to contest the 2023 governorship ticket in Plateau State.
The aspirant, Wiebe Boer aka Yohanna Maigona, is a Dutchman who has over time naturalized and become a Nigerian.
Boer or Yohanna Maigona already has his campaign posters all over the internet even though his party, All for All Peoples Party is yet to be registered with the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
PM News reports Maigona has lived all his life in Jos and is said to be quite fluent in Hausa as he is in English.
Maigona is the CEO of a renewable energy company and was described by a publication in 2018 as a black man in white skin.
