Nigerians have reacted to a video showing the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, in economy class during his flight to Egypt.
The presidential candidate was seen without airs, having a friendly discussion with another passenger.

Expectedly, reactions have trailed Obi’s decision to board economy class, with some saying he is being pretentious while others hailed his simplicity.
Tunde: “Na this one he take fuck up. Which one be fly economy. Why he no dey fly economy all these while? Why now he won become president he choose to fly economy. I like him and would want someone like him to be president but all these he is doing flying economy is not needed and no reason for all this social media validation.”
Youngskales: “Omo I no trust these politician, na only God know wetin dey their heart.”
We are the Structure! @Oserume1 If you fly regularly in Nigeria, you would have met Peter Obi in the airport or inside Economy class with ordinary Nigerians. So it’s no big deal. Say another thing!
@KingJOOCouture I can’t doubt this because I once shared a roll seat with Peter Obi with economy class ticket from Lagos local airport to Enugu in 2017. We had plenty gist before the flight landed… To show how simple Peter Obi would be… We move!
