Another building has collapsed at Oke Arin street, off Shyllon in the Ilupeju area of Lagos Mainland.
The incident is reported to have happened at about 1:07am, Wednesday morning.
As at the time of filing this report, full details of the collapse were still being awaited. Number of human casualties is any, are also being awaited.
On his part, the Director-General of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, LASEMA, Dr Oluwafemi Oke-Osanyintolu confirmed the development to Vanguard.
This development comes two weeks after a church building under construction collapsed opposite Number 17, Cardoso Street, off Martins Street in Mushin.
