May, the first wife of Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has once again asserted her position in her home after husband’s 2nd wife officially took on his names.
Earlier on Thursday, Judy Austin, dropped her maiden name Moughalu on Instagram and took on Yul Edochie.
A check on her Instagram account on Thursday, October 13 revealed that Judy changed her bio from Judy Austin Moughalu to Judy Austin Yul-Edochie. Her Instagram followers also instantly grew from 156k to 233k.
The actress, who secretly married her colleague Yul Edochie this year after welcoming a son with him last year, had retained her surname “Muoghalu” on Instagram.
In June, she referred to herself as “Judy Austin Yul-Edochie” and this generated backlash as many called her out for causing Yul’s wife of 14 years, May Yul Edochie, pain.
Despite the reference, she left her Instagram bio until recently.
She has now replaced “Muoghalu” with “Yul-Edochie” on Instagram.
Yul Edochie’s 1st wife, on her part, almost immediately reasserted that she is the queen of her manor after announcing her Igbo name.
May Yul Edochie said, “And my Igbo name Amaka. Who got it right?.
