Tragedy struck the Nigerian entertainment industry again on Sunday as Kporonge crooner, Assorted and a friend got involved in a ghastly car accident.

Reports say the accident happened in Lagos last night while they were on their way back from an unknown location.

According to eyewitnesses, the artiste’s vehicle rammed into a truck that broke down along the road without any warning sign to other motorists.

Nigerian entertainment industry last week, lost one of its own as former Big Brother Naija housemate, Rico Swavey was also involved in a fatal road crash.

He died from injuries sustained from the accident.

As at the time of this report, Assorted is said to still be in a hospital in Lagos with his friend.
