A video has emerged showing the moment a groom fell while trying to lift his bride during their first dance.

The newlyweds were having their first dance at the reception as they thrilled their guests to a fright lyric.

As the tempo of the music heightened, the husband made to lift his plus size bride up but it did not go well as he fell flat, taking his new wife with him.

Family and friends immediately rushed to their rescue considering the weight of the lady was rather to heavy on him.
