In a footage likened to that of the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, an MC interrupted Mrs Margaret Obi While she was addressing party supporters in Anambra State.

Margaret was on her husband’s entourage to Enugu and was handed the microphone to address the crowd.

While reeling out Peter’s manifesto for Nigerian women, the MC apologised for having to interrupt her. She was confused about the intension of the man with the microphone until he broke into the song used to hail beautiful maidens in the Eastern part of Nigeria.

The Labour Party flag bearer’s wife had no choice but to dance along with the crowd.

Meanwhile, the Anambra State traditional rulers have thrown their weight behind Peter Obi insisting that his performance in the state when he was Governor was enough for them to endorse him.

They however, maintain that they are not politicians but people seeking the best for their subjects.
