Veteran Nollywood actor and Spokesperson for the Labour Party Presidential Campaign Council, Kenneth Okonkwo insists that Folashade Tinubu-Ojo the daughter of former Governor of Lagos State, Bola Tinubu she be in jail.
Okonkwo said this in reaction to a viral video where a politician, Baffa Babba Danagundi thanked for giving him ten million naira in a “Ghana-must-go” bag.
In an interview with Channels TV, Kenneth Okonkwo said Folashade has, by action, violated the Nigerian money laundering act and she should be in jail.
Speaking further, Kenneth Okonkwo recalled how the former Director-General of Labour Party presidential campaign council, Doyin Okupe was made to face the law for violating the money laundering act.
In his words, “What about Tinubu’s daughter that carried 10 million naira, the politician openly in front of her thanked her saying he took only one million naira cash. Where is money laundering act?
“She should be languishing in jail, that is the same reason Doyin Okupe was brought to justice, collecting cash. Section 2 (1) of the money laundering act: if you make or receive in cash as an individual any amount exceeding five million naira. She should be in jail”
