A picture and a video has emerged showing an Amala joint run by a woman and her apprentice alleged to be ghosts.

The eatery is said to be located along the Alaja-Megida road in the Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA, a suburb in Alimosho local government area of Lagos State.

According to reports, the food seller and her apprentices disappeared after a customer recognised them as ghosts.

The now-viral photo is captioned, “A food seller and all her apprentice are ghost. They quickly disappear after someone recognised them.

“They sell Amala at along Alaja-megida road, Ayobo Ipaja Lagos. That is the shop.”

Authorities of the Ayobo-Ipaja LCDA have, as of the time of filing this report, not given an official position on this development.

Some skit makers have begun making comic comic videos of the development.

However, a neighbour to the Amala vendor doubts that the eatery is operated by ghosts, but he said after making friends with the owner and her family, they curiously changed their behaviour.

He says he is confused about their sudden change of attitude but could not confirm if they are ghosts.
