JAMB Clears The Air on Admissions for Students Below 16

JAMB Announces Date for Printing of Exam Slips

News - Women's Perspective

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced a new date for candidates to print their examination slips.

The board disclosed the date candidates, who registered for the 2023 optional mock Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) scheduled for March 30th March, should print their notification slips.

JAMB said candidates could print their Notification Slips from March 23rd.

Fabian Benjamin, the head of JAMB’s Public Affairs and Protocol, said the date was sacrosanct.

A statement by Benjamin reads partly: “All candidates for the Mock-UTME are to visit https://www.jamb.gov.ng., CLICK on 2023 Mock-UTME on the MENU button to print their slips after inputting their Registration Number.

“This directive is only applicable to those candidates who had indicated interest to take the mock examination.

“The Notification Slip would contain the Candidates’ Registration Number, Venue, Date, and Time of the Examination to enable them to easily locate their centres before the examination.”

JAMB urged prospective candidates to be at their centres one hour before the examination for biometric verification.

The examination body also used the occasion to remind students that it has zero tolerance for exam malpractices.
