Mark Zuckerberg has announced that WhatsApp it is introducing a new feature tagged ‘new locked chats’, that allows users to make more private conversations.
The Facebook founder and WhatsApp owner, took to his Facebook page to make the announcement.
Mark Zuckerberg wrote:
New locked chats in WhatsApp make your conversations more private. They’re hidden in a password protected folder and notifications won’t show sender or message content.
This comes almost immediately he introduced a new IOS smart wristwatch.
According to Zuckerberg, he “announced at Google I/O that we’re shipping the first WhatsApp smartwatch app on Wear OS later this year. You’ll be able to start new conversations, reply to messages, and take calls on your wrist.”
