A popular Lagos-based socialite and skincare vendor, Farida was on Thursday, rescued from a suicide attempt at the Third Mainland Bridge of the lagoon.
Farida who is widely known as King Phreedah, has been in the news lately over reports of her crashed marriage.
The reports making the rounds online allege that Frida’s husband packed out of their matrimonial home to meet a side chick he was dating before their marriage.
Amidst the reports of the crisis in her marriage, videos shared online show the moment some people were seen, stopping her from taking the fatal plunge into the popular Lagoon.
She had alighted from her SUV and made for the bridge railings but passers-by and motorists rushed to stop her.
