The Supreme Court on Monday reserved judgment in the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar challenging the decision of the Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC).
PEPC had affirmed the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25, 2023 presidential election.
The decision was reached by the seven-man panel of the apex court.
