The Minister of Works, Dave  has said that the $200 million Landmark Beach Resort will not be affected by the construction of the Construction of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Road.

Umahi made this known at a press conference in Lagos on Thursday, April 11, 2024.

According to him, no property at the Beach Resort would be lost and employment will not the affected.

The road construction is planned to start from Lagos,

“I visited Landmark yesterday and I can tell you that all the property of Landmark are safe and no single job will be lost,” he assured
