We live in a nation full of all forms of drama, chaos, endless surprises and shocks that keep us on the edge of our seats.

Our reality is a mix of laughter and tears anywhere you turn in Nigeria. Nollywood scenes in all genres of literature to keep anyone awake and alive.

Nigerian life is painted in satire, comedy, irony, farce, farce-comedy, parody, drama…

Some appear like myth, others like tragedy, mystery or even exaggerated fiction. They may appear over-dramatised but they are real.

Thanks to those who live, endure, participate, entertain or get entertained without even knowing they do.

We are used to laughing while sorrowing, we are left with no choice after all.

Ours is a combination of the “devil and the deep,” the animal kingdom,” the human jungle if you want to put it lightly.

With all these, the citizens of the most populous country in Africa and the seventh most populous country in the world, have no choice but thrive and excel anywhere they find themselves.

Someone one said that there is order in the disorder and chaos; that is what makes for the resilience in the average Nigerian.

Ironically, we are a nation of endless drama, a nation of survivors…
