Late Pastor Dare Adeboye was considered in Christian circles as a life coach, a motivator, bridge builder and visionary leader.
He is the 3rd child of renowned Pentecostal Pastor and General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye and Pastor Mrs Foluke Adeboye.
Married to Temiloluwa Adeboye with whom he has a daughter, his siblings include: Adeolu Adeboye, Mrs Bolu Adubi and Leke Adeboye.
Popularly called Pastor Dare or ‘Pastor D,’ he is described as one of the most influential youth Pastors of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Worldwide.
He was the Senior Pastor of the RCCG House of Praise, Birmingham; Provincial Youth Pastor, and RCCG Region 8 Pastor, Kaduna 1.
He was until his death, North Central Youth Evangelist covering all youth zones in Benue, Niger, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Plateau and the FCT.
His continued leadership of church youths is said to be due to the ease with which he associates and communicates with them, nurturing them for the next generation church.
One particular post Pastor D held, RCCG Youth Affairs National and International Director of Programs / Chairman Organising Committee of 70 hours Messaih’s Marathon Praise, National Youth Convention, enabled him understand the various demographics of young people across the globe.
The study enabled him map out strategies that continues to enable the church direct the energies of young church members appropriately.
As a youth influencer, he dedicated his life to motivating, educating and inspiring young faithfuls to harness their faith in their various callings.
He is said to have created mediums for young people to feel empowered and prepared to lead the new generation of pentecostalism and drive the mission and vision of the RCCG.
