Hassan was one of the passengers in the Kaduna-bound train that was attacked by the terrorists a few meters away from the Kaduna station on Monday.

A family member told The Nation on Tuesday, that Hassan was last seen boarding the Kaduna-bound train.

He, however, revealed that family and friends have been unable to reach the BOA boss since the terror attack on the train occurred on Monday.

“His phone lines have been switched off and no one has contacted the bank or any of his family members,” he said.

According to the Kaduna State government on Tuesday, 8 bodies have been recovered while 26 others were injured in the Kaduna train attack. Many are still unaccounted for.

The government stated that investigations are still ongoing to ascertain the status of the passengers who were on board the train and remain unaccounted for.

It noted that it has received the detailed passenger manifest from the Nigerian Railway Corporation.

Documents received showed 398 passengers bought tickets for the trip, but 362 were validated as having boarded the train through the recognized turnstile.
