After undergoing the amputation of one leg a few weeks ago, renowned comic actor John Okafor, popularly known as Mr. Ibu has undergone another major surgery.
One of his thighs is reported to have also been amputated.
Sources reveal that the actor’s health took a turn for the worst, prompting doctors to recommend a second surgery on his thigh to prevent the other leg from being affected.
This comes after a previous amputation below the knee, marking nearly ten surgeries performed on Mr. Ibu since he sought financial assistance on social media to defray his humongous medical bills.
Despite the generous donations amounting to over N300 million, tensions have continued to rise within the actor’s immediate family, particularly between his wife, Stella Maris, and adopted daughter, Jasmine Chioma Okeke, who are at loggerheads over the management of the funds.
