Ghanaian actress Akuapem Poloo has been sentenced to 3 months in jail over her n*dity with her 7-year-old son.
She took to her instagram account to share an emotional message to the little boy as she gets set to be incarcerated.
Hetty’s Media had reported in April 2021 that the actress was arrested and sentenced to 90 days imprisonment by an Accra Circuit Court.

She was accused in a public outcry over the publication of onset material and domestic violence after she made a post on IG.
In the post, she was completely naked as she stooped with her laps spread out in front of her son.
Following the sentence, the actress appealed the ruling challenging the custodial sentence. The appeal was however, dismissed by the Accra High Court.
MyJoyFM reports that in a ruling on Wednesday morning, the Criminal Division of the court presided over by Justice Ruby Aryeetey, the Circuit Court decision was upheld on grounds that the judgement was not manifestly excessive.
The court also ordered that Poloo’s young son be handed over to any trusted family member to take care of him while his mother serves her term at the Nsawam Prison.
akuapem_poloo wrote a teary message to her son assuring him that,
