Popular Nigerian singer, Adekunle Gold has advised men to be intentional about taking care of themselves.
The singer and husband to another popular Nigerian artiste, Simi took to his Twitter page to give the advice.
He stated that men should take of themselves because there are more Grandmas in the world than Grandpas.
