After a night-long gruesome gun duel, 43-year-old Asefon Sunday Dayo has emerged NANS president.
A fierce battle between competing interests left at least 20 injured and a yet to be ascertained number of fatalities.
Abdul Mahmud sent a post highlighting Dayo’s profile.
The profile earlier posted by Dayo himself indicates that he graduated from the University of Ado Ekiti in 2014 and got married the same year.
Okereafor Bestman says that Dayo was instrumental to the removal of fuel subsidy in 2014.
Reactions have continued to trail his emergence especially since he graduated with a PGD and not a first degree.
There are also concerns about his age considering the unwritten rule that the position is for undergraduates half his age.
