European Premier League side, Arsenal has signed up 9-year-old Nigerian football wonder kid, Muinr Sada, into its academy.
Reports say the little Nigerian boy hails from Zaria in Kaduna State and was signed for the North London club in the presence of his mother and grandmother.
Sada was handed the number 9 jersey for the Gunners after spending 5 weeks on trial under the watch of the clubs’s academy manager and former defender, Petr Mertesacker.
According to the Information Officer at the Department of Public Affairs, Kaduna Government House, Abdallah Yunus Abdllah, “Arsenal FC have signed a 9-year-old Nigerian.
“Munir Muhammed Sada an indegene of Zarai Local Government Area of Kaduna State is expected to be playing for the youth soccer team of Arsenal FC.”
