El Rufai’s son’s, Bashir and Bello have taken a swipe at former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar’s son, Mustapha.
The public audience is having a great time reading and fueling the exchanges.
The altercation began when Governor Nasir El Rufai took to the microblogging website, Twitter to ask parents to train their sons properly to avoid thoughts and incidences of rape.
News monitored on an online news platform –@thesignalng, quotes El Rufai as saying that:
“Rape: Parents Must Teach Their Children Respect for Women From Childhood.”
He gave the advise at a virtual meeting organised by Movement Against Rape and Sexual Violence (MARS-V).
Mustapha Abu Bakr, son of Atiku Abubakar labeled the governor’s position as an “irony…”
A number of Nigerians also berated El Rufai whom they believe has not trained his own sons to respect women or kick against rape.
They remind him of his son, Bello who only recently threatened to gang-rape someone’s mother:
Upset by Atiku’s son’s comment, Another son of Nasir El Rufai responded that:
“when his father @atiku speaks of corruption, its the same irony that confounds us.”
The public this time threw up a video showing El-Rufai facing a tribunal on the corrupt/fraudulent appropriation of federal government estates to his family members:
