The national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, on Thursday, took his presidential campaign to the palace of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi.
Arriving aboard a chartered Caverton helicopter, the presidential aspirant was received by a massive crown of supporters.
Tinubu’s visit is said to be in connection with his presidential ambition and to broaden his consultations with traditional rulers and influencers ahead of the 2023 election.
The APC national leader had after a meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari in January declared his intention to run for the presidency.
