The BRT bus driver accused of raping a young lady who boarded his bus on the 26th of February and later found dead is appearing in the Yaba Magistrate Court today, March 11, 2022.
Andrew Nice conveyed 22-year-old Oluwabamise Ayanwole from Chevron, Lekki bus stop en-route Oshodi. Unfortunately, she was dumped at Ebute Ero near Carter Bridge in Lagos Island.
Counsel to the family of Oluwabamise, Ayo Ademiluyi, revealed the development on Friday.
According to Ademiluyi, the arraignment is billed to commence by 12 noon, he called on interested persons to storm the court.
Two other ladies have so far, come forward with daring evidences of a similar crime by the bus driver.
One of the ladies said she reported her ordeal at a police station but no action was taken so she is only healing alone from the trauma and dealing with suicide thoughts.

Another lady spoke up on Thursday about how Nice Andrew raped her on the 25th of November in his BRT bus.
She said the bus driver insisted on buying her medications to treat her pains and injuries and then transferred N3,000 to her account.
She also shared her bank statement showing the transfer of the money to her account.

The victim who happens to be a former sales girl at a shop in Ajah, said afyer she closed from work around 8pm, she boarded the BRT bus driven by the suspect.
She said Nice was to convey her from the Alesh Bus Stop in Ajah, to Jakande, along the Lekki Epe Expressway, when he decided to park the bus and rape her, armed with a knife.
