Former to Ex President Goodluck Jonathan, Reno Omokri has made a shocking revelation about how President Muhammadu Buhari has been allegedly planning a revenge on Vice President Yemi Osinbajo by rendering him politically useless.
Omokri’s assertion comes a few hours after Yemi Osinbajo refused to step down for the National leader of the All Progressives Congress Party, Bola Tinubu.
In a post shared on Twitter, Reno Omokri alleged that Buhari felt Osinbajo betrayed him when he went for his medical trip.
According to him, Buhari has been plotting his revenge, revealing that this was the major reason he encouraged Osinbajo to run for the presidential election and vowed to back him but he didn’t keep to his words.
He added that Osinbajo running for the office of the presidency will make him politically useless both at home and abroad.
Reno Omokri wrote: “I am told Buhari felt Osinbajo betrayed him when he went for his medical trip. Buhari has been plotting his revenge. So he encouraged Osinbajo to run. Vowed to back him, but did not back him, knowing that by running, Osinbajo will make himself politically useless home and abroad
“Every other Vice President since 1999 had their own independent structure and won elections before being nominated. HE Atiku won election as Adamawa Governor. HE Jonathan as Bayelsa Governor. Independent of Tinubu, Osinbajo has no structure! He bit the structure that built him!
“Look at Buhari doing gbe nu e soun for Osunbade! By the end of this #APCPrimaries, are you we Osinbajo will not step down for Tinubu? I feel so ashamed for the man. Where will he go and hide after today?“
