International award-winning singer and song-writer, Burna Boy has called out billionaire businessman,Obi Cubana for using his title ‘Odogwu’ to promote his products.
the Anambra-born businessman recently launched a brand of liquor with the name “Odogwu Bitters.”
Odogwu Bitters, is a herbal alcoholic drink that is began trending since it hit the markets about 3 months ago.
Reacting to the development, Damini Ebunoluwa better known by his stage name as Burna Boy has demanded that the Cubana group founder pay him for using his title.
Over a year ago, Burna Boy released a song titled ‘Odogwu.’
He insists that Cubana adopted the name without recourse or reference to him.
According to him, “Them do Odogwu Bitters dem no give me money. Wetin dey happen? Those people wey do Odogwu Bitters dem dey owe me money. So make them pay – I go send them account”.
