Kashamu who died on the 8th of August had called Chief Adebutu and is overhead begging for forgiveness over a business deal they had with a lotto business.

The telephone conversation in Yoruba language which was apparently recorded by Chief Adebutu had Kashamu begging Adebutu for forgiveness for any wrong doing.

According to Kashamu, it was a misunderstanding and a setup by other business partners.

On his part, billionaire businessman, Chief Adebutu accepted his apology on the condition that Kashamu withdraws all the lawsuits that he (Adebutu) filed against him. Withdrawing the lawsuits in his opinion, will show that Kashamu is indeed sincere with his apologies.

The video, which is currently making the rounds on social media has caused mixed reactions from the public.

Some people wonder why the private conversation should find its way to the public domain. Others are of the opinion that the late senator was a good person who is noble enough to admit his mis-steps and seek forgiveness from someone he offended.
