A Canadian-based doctor alleged by singer, Stephanie Otobo to have been sent by Apostle Suleman to kill her has stated his own side of the story in a video address.
Stephanie Otobo alleged in a series of tweets as she reignited her feud with the controversial clergyman that the Apostle ordered the doctor to kill her after she went to him for medical care.
Reacting to the allegations, the African doctor, flanked by his medical assistants including nurses and doctors denied the reports.
He disclosed that Stephanie Otobo was counselled before a surgery to quit smoking, but she did not heed the advice as she continued smoking weed.
He added that due to her neglect, she ended up with withdrawal syndrome and eventually started hallucinating after the medical procedure.
The unnamed doctor said that Stephanie started screaming that they wanted to kill her, but that was far from the the truth as the surgery went well. He added that he has records to prove the case.
In his words, “Someone drew our attention to an interview Stephanie Otobo had that we were ordered by Apostle Suleiman go kill her. We didn’t respond to it as we didn’t see it as necessary. We were forced to watch the interview and were surprised at the false news she spilled about us. We were tagged different names from the media.
“She came her for surgery and she had an excellent result. During surgery, we counselled her on things to avoid before surgery but she didn’t abide to it and at such, it led to hallucinations, which could be linked to psychiatric issues”.
