Former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode has issued a warning to the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele ahead of Saturday’s presidential election.
He threatened Emefiele over the naira redesign policy as he revealed what will happen if Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress wins.
In a post on Tuesday, Fani-Kayode said Emefiele and those who sent him to bring hardship to the Nigerian people will be sorry.
The APC chieftain insisted that if Tinubu wins the presidential election, the old naira notes would be reinstated.
He believes Emefiele is not an eternal being and will be punished for the suffering he has caused Nigerians.
Femi Fani-Kayode @realFFK wrote: “By Saturday after Asiwaju wins all this nonsense stops & everyone will know their place in the scheme of things.
“As for the old notes be rest assured that they will come back.
“Emefiele is not God and those who sent him to bring hardship & misery to Nigerians will rue the day.“
