Award-winning Nigerian singer and Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) boss, David Adeleke has received a pleasant surprise from the CEO of a world renowned bluechip company.
Davido was invited to France by Cesar Giron, CEO of a Cognac Martell where, expectedly, he visited with his crew.
Davido was hosted to a buffet by celebrity Chef Mory Sacko, briefed on the inner workings of Cognac Martell by top management and taken on a tour of the factory.
The Afrobeat singing sensation is an ambassador for the alcohol brand and met with Cesar for the first time.
To celebrate their partnership the company rewarded him with a diamond Swan-shaped chain and a barrel of cognac brewed in 1715 to take back with him.
Davido was quite excited about the chain as he is known to always adorn himself and those around him with diamonds.
Responding to the kind gesture of the chain, he wrote: “Martell official don burst my head.”
