Top management of Chrisland School, on Tuesday morning reported at the Lagos State Criminal Investigations Department (SCID), Panti in connection with the viral sex tape of its primary school pupils.
The primary six pupils were involved in the sexual act during the school’s participation in the World School Games in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
A 10-year-old identified in the social media app Likee as BhardGurl4 was seen in a professional sex act with her male schoolmate who is said to be 13.
A study of the tape suggests that the girl in the tape is quite experienced in the act.
The spokesman of the state police command, Benjamin Hundeyin, told Punch that all parties involved in the matter have been directed to report to the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID), Panti.
In his words, “All the parties involved have been invited to the State Criminal Investigation Department, (SCID) Panti today to give a written statement and further questioning will be done.”
The parties involved include the school’s headteacher G.I. Azike; the parents of the female pupil who alleged that their daughter was raped.
Chrisland school management stated that the female pupil was one of the 76 that represented the school at the event, however, stated that the rape allegation was false.
The school authorities in its reaction to the development suspended the female student indefinitely, stating that she was “a major actor” in an “immoral act”.
The mother of the child then published a video saying that her daughter was drugged and raped by her male colleagues.
She added that the school management did not inform her family of the incident until someone alerted her after 1 month and asked her to check out the video.
The distraught mother also said that Chrisland School carried out carried out 3 pregnancy tests on the minor without informing her family.
On its part, the school, on Monday, issued a statement saying that they only carried out Covid tests on all the children that went on the school excursion in line with Covid-19 protocols.
