There are some countries of the world that are yet to record any case of the killer coronavirus infection.
This is in spite of the scary minute by minute spiralling infection numbers and deaths across the rest of the world.
As at 12:30, today, 2,745,765 infections have been recorded with 191,906 deaths since the breakout of the disease.
Gladly, 15 countries of the world have not been touched by the devastation. 2 of those countries are in Africa. They include Comoros and Lesotho.
It is surprising that a country like Lesotho is covid-19 free considering that it is completely surrounded by South Arica .South Africa current 3,953 total confirmed cases and 75 deaths.
On its part, Comoros is about 180 miles off the east coast of Africa.
It is however, not unlikely that the absence of adequate funding to carry out the necessary tests may account for the apparent zero regret cases. On the other hand, it may be that they simply do not have any case.
Elsewhere, other of the world with no reported COVID19 case include: Tuvalu, North Korea, Vanuatu, Kiribati, Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Turkmenistan ,Tonga, Tajikistan, Solomon Islands, Samoa, Palau, Nauru
