Court Adjourns Arraignment of Binance Executive

Justice Emeka Nwite of the Federal High Court sitting in Maitama, Abuja on Thursday, April 4, 2024 adjourned the arraignment an executive of Binance Holdings Limited to April 8, 2024 for a ruling on the service of charges on the company.


The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (#EFCC) is prosecuting Binance alongside 2 members of its management identified as Tigran Gambaryan and Nadeem Anjarwalla.

Their arraignment follows 5–count charges bordering on tax evasion, currency speculation and money laundering to the tune of $34,400,000 (Thirty-four Million, Four Hundred Thousand United States Dollars).
