A Benue State High Court has delivered judgement on the suspension of former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Iyorchia Ayu.

Reports say the judgement suspending him has been upheld.

Ayu was in March suspended by his Nyorov council ward exco for failure to pay dues. The development ended his reign as the PDP National Chairman.
