Covenant University Postpones Resumption Date

The management of the Covenant University Ota, Ogun State has postponed the school’s resumption date till January 18, 2021.

In a memo published on its various websites on Thursday, the school authorities said the directive is with a view to curtail the rising spread of covid19.

It added that virtual classes would however, commence with effect from January 11, 2021.

In a statement monitored on the university’s and @Ng_Universities twitter handles the management said:

@CUHEBRON “RESUMPTION UPDATE: In the light of Federal Government’s directive towards curtailing the spread of the second wave of #covid19, the earlier resumption dates for freshmen& returning students are hereby put on hold. #SafetyFirst#WearAMask#SeasonsGreetings#CovenantIsBeautiful“
