Nigerian On-Air-Personality (OAP), Daddy Freeze has taken to social media to share his reaction after the name of former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi was missing in the list of former governors that allegedly misappropriated 2.187 trillion Naira.
The report was released by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Saturday.
According to a report by Vanguard, the EFCC has in the last 25 years, investigated 58 ex-governors in Nigeria for the embezzlement of 2.187 trillion Naira.
The listed former governors include: Babangida Aliyu, Abubakar Audu, Yahaya Bello, Samuel Ortom, Godswill Akpabio, Orji Uzor Kalu, T.A Orji, Adamu Aliero, Usman Dakingari, Jonah Jang, Aliyu Doma, James Ngilari, Bello Matawalle, Rochas Okorocha, Willie Obiano, James Ibori, Rashid Ladoja, and several others are allegedly under EFCC’s radar for the embezzlement of 2.187 trillion Naira.
Having not found the name former Anambra State governor in the list, popular radio broadcaster, Daddy Freeze took to his official Instagram account to ask Nigerians that they should give him some credit, adding that his exclusion from such list deserves commendation.
